That is why we will provide you with Wild Caught Shrimp that are recently harvested and slightly handled, following a food safety program that complies with HACCP and the new HARCP regulations.

Like you, we care about preserving and keeping our oceans healthy. Our partners comply with the guidelines of Sustainable Seafood of the United States National Marine Fisheries Service of NOAA. This entity works alongside goverments and international organizations to help preserve marine ecosystems and promove sustainable fishery practices around the world.
We provide excellent quality
We partner with processing plants in Ecuador and Mexico to bring to our customers the highly desired and requested Big Pacific white, pink, and brown shrimp in sizes larger than U15. These bigger sizes are not readily available in the Florida Key West Shrimp that we process in our Florida processing plant.
Contrary to the common practice in the shrimp industry to add either disodium phosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP), or sodium bisulfite, we steer clear of all these processing aids others use as preservatives. You get shrimp, pure and simple just as our ingredients list says: Shrimp.
